Cray for Hudson’s Bay!
Good evening loves,
So today I was casually taking a stroll in The Bay coming back from picking up my essentials from the Byward Market and right before I reached the store exit I couldn’t help but notice the Hudson’s Bay Shop set up on the first floor! I had to go down and see it…
Here’s the chance I have to truly express my Canadian Pride…Yes, born and raised, where brand such as Roots, Smythe, and The Hudson Bay Company come from:)
Anyhoot, I had to dedicate a post to the company because I just about died when I saw the women’s version of the cardigan in the first pic (the one above is the infant version). It doesn’t have any buttons and comes together with a beautiful brassy safety pin. I want it…do I need it? Nope, but I figured I might as well start my own tradition:
- Purchase a collectible from the Hudson Bay Company Collection every season, i.e. once a year. I think that is quite reasonable…unfortunately, there seems to be a few other things I found when I decided to explore the website, that I also fell in love with. But I must be reasonable…I’ll share the cardi details as soon as I get my hands on one! Wish me luck (they better not sell out)
Oh! and we can’t forget the iconic coat…
